We have a full range of treatments options to help you become pregnant from intrauterine insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) to the cryopreservation of a woman’s eggs (egg freezing).
Your age, health, and family goals will determine which treatments are suitable for you. We will evaluate your own personal factors to determine the choices available to you. We will explain your options and work with you to find the simplest and most effective treatment to lead to a successful pregnancy.
Follicle tracking is an ultrasound scan that measures the size of any active follicles to predict when ovulation is likely to occur. This technique can benefit women with very irregular and unpredictable cycles. However, it is not suitable for some sub-fertility pathologies.
Ovulation Induction (OI)
Ovulation induction is when fertility drugs are used to induce ovulation in a woman who does not ovulate herself.
Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination is a fertility treatment that involves preparing a sperm sample and placing inside inside a woman’s uterus at the time of ovulation to increase the chance of fertilization. It is most commonly advised in cases of a low sperm count or decreased sperm mobility.
IVF and ICSI
In-vitro fertilisation (IVF) is a process of getting pregnant where an egg is fertilised by sperm outside of the body and then transferred back to the woman's womb. The woman's eggs are removed from the ovary just before ovulation and are fertilised with sperm in the lab. If fertilisation and normal embryo development occurs, the best embryos are transferred to the womb to develop into a pregnancy.
ICSI is a method of inseminating an egg by injecting a single sperm directly into the egg, rather than the sperm penetrating the egg by itself.
We offer many advanced fertility treatments including:
- Endometrial Scratch
- Embryo Cryopreservation and Vitrification
- Oocyte Vitrification (Egg Freezing)
- Elective Single Embryo Transfer (eSET)
- Surgical Sperm Retrieval (SSR)
- Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
- Sperm Cryopreservation / Freezing
Donor Egg Satellite Service
We provide a donor egg satellite service to support appropriate patients requiring donor egg treatments with our linked clinics abroad. Our satellite service includes pre-pregnancy medical advice, counselling, psychological support, arrangement of pre-requisite tests and prescriptions, provision of necessary ultrasound scans
Sperm donation is used to achieve pregnancy in conjunction with other fertility treatments such as Intra-uterine Insemination (IUI) or In-vitro Fertilisation (IVF). It is a form of assisted reproduction that might be a suitable option for patients in a number of scenarios.
