To our valued clients, we understand this is a difficult and anxious time for all of you and a particularly challenging time for our health service.
Our team at Fertility and Fetal Health will endeavour to care for all those attending our services, and to reduce the risk of COVID transmission and to provide the safest possible care we are implementing the following measures:
- Telephone Consultations: We are now also offering telephone consultations for gynaecology and fertility patients.
- Arriving for your Appointment: We are also trying to adhere to social distancing guidelines and as such we have temporarily closed the waiting room. Every patient is advised to call the office on arrival. We recommend that you wait in your car and we will call you in individually so that there is minimal exposure for both patients and staff.
- Appointments & Services: All antenatal appointments will continue and as will our Emergency Gynaecology service. The team at Fertility and Fetal Health may wear personal protective equipment, gloves and/or mask, during the course of the consultation.
- Antenatal/Hypnobirthing Classes (Updated 28/03/2020): Keeping in line with current government guidelines, there will be no one-to-one antenatal / hypnobirthing classes until further notice.
We understand this is a difficult time for many of you and we are here to answer any queries you have either by phone or via our email. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we hope to return to normal service in the near future. We ask that you follow the recommended advice including social distancing and hand hygiene for your health and the health of those around you.
We will keep you updated on our website in the case of any further developments.
